The fastest way to reach us is email: vertrigr@gmail.com. Messages go directly to the developer, and we usually reply within one to two days.

Reporting a problem with a file

A few details let us reproduce most issues on the first try:

  • Which page or tool you were using, and what you clicked.
  • The file format (PST, OST, OLM, MBOX, EML, MSG) and its approximate size.
  • Your browser and operating system.
  • The exact error message shown, if any.

Please do not attach your actual email archive. Your files are processed only on your own device when you use Mailward, and we want to keep it that way — we never need the contents of your mailbox to fix a bug. If a sample is truly required, we will ask you to craft a small synthetic one together.

License & billing

Purchases are handled by the merchant of record you choose at checkout — Creem or Waffo Pancake. For license or billing questions, include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your license key. Refund requests are handled per the Terms of Service.

Tell us what you are trying to get done, not just the feature name — it is the difference between a guess and a fix. Requests from real workflows have shipped within a day before.
